Ticket Purchase Information

  • UDC 2023 ticket sales will run from 10:00 AM on September 11 (Monday) to 6:00 PM on October 27 (Friday).
  • UDC 2023 tickets are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis (based on payment time) and may sell out early.
  • Purchased tickets will not be sent in advance, and entry tickets will be issued on-site on the event day by verifying a pre-sent QR code.
  • Those who complete the ticket purchase will receive notification messages and newsletters related to UDC 2023.

Important Notices

  • Please note that any false provision of personal information or identity theft of another person may result in cancellation of your registration and may lead to legal actions.
  • To protect your personal information, our team cannot modify or register your information.
  • If you've purchased an offline ticket and need to update your details, you must do so via our registration confirmation page no later than 6:00 PM on November 3, 2023 (Friday) (KST) and you cannot revise them afterward. And please provide accurate information as this will be used for your entry badge.
  • Each person can purchase only one ticket. Remember to bring your identification card on the event day for verification purposes.
  • Different from UDC 2022, in UDC 2023, there is no on-the-spot registration nor group, student registration.
  • Duplicate registrations for online and offline tickets are not possible. The ticket that has been claimed first will be registered first.
  • Presentations and insights shared by our speakers represent the views of their respective organizations. We advise your diligence as investment outcomes based on these insights rest solely with the investor.
  • Any media, including photographs and videos taken during the event, might feature in UDC's promotional materials. By attending, you are granting consent for such usage.

  • Kindly note that the UDC 2023 tickets, operating on a first-come-first-served basis, may reach total allocation ahead of the official end date/time.
Terms of Cancellation
  • Full refund available if canceled by November 3, 2023 (Friday) 11:59 p.m. (KST)
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed from November 4, 2023 (Saturday) 00:00 a.m. (KST)
  • Our team will request the respective payment agency to initiate the cancellation or refund immediately after receiving a request for cancellation or refund. However, an actual refund period timeline might vary as each payment agency has its own refund processing period. Please contact your card company or PayPal service directly if the refund is not processed in more than three business days.
Cancellation / Refund Methods
  • Ticket Cancellation: This can be done within the [Registration Confirmation] menu. For the reason of personal information protection, only the original purchaser can process the cancellation.
  • For queries or concerns regarding refund delays, our policies are aligned with the Law on Consumer Protection in E-commerce. For relevant inquiries, please get in touch with us via "Contact Us"
Protocol for Consumer Inquiries
Our "Contact Us" channel remains open for direct engagement for cancellations, refunds, consumer grievances, or consultation.
Guidance on Ticket Retrieval and Additional Details
  • Upon purchase completion, a QR code will be sent to you. However, your reserved ticket won't be mailed ahead of time and will be issued on-site on the event day, November 13, 2023 (KST), when you present the QR code.
  • Those who complete the ticket purchase will receive notification messages and newsletters related to UDC 2023.
  • If a minor makes a purchase, the legal guardian must consent. Otherwise, either the minor or the legal guardian can cancel the purchase.
